Content on the Site — including service descriptions, case studies, success stories, insights content, and marketing statements — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, technical, security, legal, or financial advice specific to your circumstances.

Browsing the Site, submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, or booking a discovery call does not create a client relationship, an attorney-client-style duty of care, or any contractual obligation on the part of Cloud Arc Solutions. A client relationship is formed only when both parties execute a written engagement, statement of work, or services agreement.

Case studies, success stories, and performance figures described on the Site reflect specific client engagements and are not guarantees of similar results for any other business. The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Cloud Arc Solutions name and mark, layouts, and underlying code — are owned by Cloud Arc Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Information you submit through the contact form, request-a-quote form, or scheduling tool is used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form or request is not an offer or acceptance of a contract and does not obligate Cloud Arc Solutions to provide any service. Any resulting engagement, including scope, pricing, timelines, and service levels, will be governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUD ARC SOLUTIONS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO A SEPARATE, SIGNED SERVICES AGREEMENT, WHICH IS GOVERNED BY ITS OWN TERMS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloud Arc Solutions LLC, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
