Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: August 26, 2026
Cloud Arc Solutions LLC is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation.
1. Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They have three levels: A, AA, and AAA. This Site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
This Site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. Conformance is based on an internal code-level review, not an automated scan or third-party audit, so it should be read as a good-faith, ongoing effort rather than a certification.
2. Measures We Have Taken
- Semantic HTML landmarks and heading structure to support screen reader navigation.
- A “skip to main content” landmark and logical, keyboard-operable navigation and menus.
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements for keyboard users, and a focus-trapped, Escape-to-close mobile navigation menu.
- Form fields with associated labels, visible required-field markers, and inline, announced validation messages.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and reflow across screen sizes.
- Support for the operating system’s reduced-motion preference across the Site’s animated elements.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and icon-only controls carry accessible names.
- Text and background color pairings are checked against WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text and UI components) as the Site is built and updated.
3. Known Limitations
We are aware of the following gaps and are working through them:
- Some interactive filter and category controls use a simplified button-group pattern rather than a full ARIA tab-panel implementation with arrow-key navigation; they remain fully operable by mouse, touch, and standard Tab/Enter/Space keyboard use.
- Contrast has been reviewed against the Site’s design tokens through code-level calculation, not a full in-browser automated or manual audit across every page state (including hover, gradient, and overlay combinations).
Some content is provided through third-party embeds, such as a scheduling widget used on the Contact page and, where enabled, third-party analytics. Cloud Arc Solutions does not control the accessibility of these third-party tools directly, though we select vendors that publish their own accessibility commitments. If you encounter a barrier in one of these embedded tools, let us know and we will help you complete the task through an alternative channel, such as email or phone.
4. Feedback and Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this Site. If you encounter a barrier or need information in an alternative format, contact us with the page URL and a description of the issue, and, where possible, the assistive technology and browser you were using:
- Email: sales@cloudarcsolutions.com
- Phone: +1 (347) 903-6761
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within one business day and to provide a plan for resolving reported issues within a reasonable time frame based on severity and complexity.
5. Alternative Access
If you are unable to access information or complete a task on the Site because of a disability, we will work with you to provide the information or service through an alternative means, such as a phone call or email exchange.
