Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 26, 2026
Cloud Arc Solutions LLC ("Cloud Arc Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") operates cloudarcsolutions.com (the "Site") to describe our consulting services — AI agents and business automation, AWS cloud and serverless solutions, custom web application development, Android business application development, API development and system integrations, and DevOps/CI-CD cloud deployments — for businesses primarily in New York, New Jersey, and the wider tri-state area. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit the contact form or the request-a-quote form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, company name, the service you are interested in (for example, AI automation, AWS cloud, custom software, Android/mobile development, API integrations, or DevOps), and your message, which may describe your current systems, environment, timeline, or project scope. If you email us directly, we collect whatever information is contained in that email and any attachments. This information is sent to our inbox through our transactional email provider and is not stored in a marketing database.
Scheduling information. If you book a discovery call through the scheduling link on our Contact page, that booking is handled by our third-party scheduling provider. Information you provide there (such as your name, email, and selected time) is governed by that provider’s own privacy policy in addition to this one.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site may automatically log standard technical data when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. Where Google Analytics is enabled (see “Cookies and Analytics” below), this data is collected in aggregate, pseudonymized form to help us understand how the Site is used.
Please do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, protected health information, or other sensitive or regulated data through general website forms. These forms are not a secure channel for that category of information.
2. How We Use Information
- Respond to inquiries, quote requests, and discovery call bookings.
- Evaluate project fit and prepare proposals or statements of work.
- Maintain records of business communications for legitimate operational purposes.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site, including diagnosing technical issues.
- Understand aggregate usage trends through analytics, where enabled.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contact form or quote request submissions to build marketing lists or send unsolicited email campaigns.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact form and quote request submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain a record of business communications, and satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Where a submission does not lead to an engagement, we retain the correspondence for a limited period for reference purposes and delete it thereafter. You may request earlier deletion as described in “Your Privacy Rights” below.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the Site, including transport encryption (HTTPS) and restricted access to inbound communications. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information you submit online.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. This includes rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and to individuals in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom under the GDPR and UK GDPR, to the extent applicable to our processing activities.
To exercise a privacy right, email sales@cloudarcsolutions.com with your request. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. We do not charge a fee for reasonable privacy requests and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International Visitors
Cloud Arc Solutions is based in the United States and primarily serves clients in New York, New Jersey, and the wider tri-state area. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The “Effective date” above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
